Privacy

This describes what we collect, why, and who else sees it.

What we collect

  • Your name and email address, to run your account and reply to you.
  • Orders, servers and invoices, to provide and bill the service.
  • Support requests you send us, to answer them.
  • You can close your account yourself from the account page once your servers are removed. That deletes your sign-in; invoices and the audit trail are kept for as long as accounting rules require, without your name attached.
  • An audit log of account actions, for security and to investigate problems.
  • Session data such as IP address and browser, to keep your account secure.

What we do not collect

We do not store your card details; our payment processor does. We store server credentials only encrypted, show them to you once, and never send them by email.

Who else sees it

  • Our payment processor, for billing.
  • The infrastructure providers your server runs on, to the extent needed to run it.
  • Our email and support inbox providers, to deliver messages.

To be drafted by counsel: named sub-processors, international transfers, retention periods.

Your rights

You can download a copy of your account and organization data from the account page at any time, and close your account there once your servers are removed.

To be drafted by counsel: access, correction, deletion and portability, and how to exercise them.
