Start with a private report.
Email support@datahall.cloud with “Security report” in the subject. Start with a brief summary. If more sensitive evidence is needed, ask the team how to share it before sending it.
Send a security reportWhat to include
- The affected page or API endpoint and when you noticed the issue.
- Reproduction steps using an account or resource you control.
- The expected behavior, observed behavior, and potential impact.
- Redacted examples and a contact address for follow-up.
Keep testing safe.
Use only accounts and resources you are authorized to test. Do not access, change, or download another customer’s data, disrupt services, send phishing messages, or run denial-of-service tests. If you encounter someone else’s information, stop and report the issue without copying it.
Keep credentials, full payment details, and sensitive customer information out of your report. This reporting channel does not grant permission to test systems or promise a bounty.
