One monthly price per server, prepaid, cancel any time. It covers the machine, the management and a human on support around the clock. Pay yearly and you are charged for 10 months, not twelve. There is no setup fee.
We source and manage infrastructure across multiple tier-one providers, and the price you see is the price you pay whichever provider is behind your server.

How billing works
- Prepaid by card each month or year. Larger first orders are checked by hand before anything is charged.
- Upgrades are prorated: you pay the difference for the rest of the period, and the resize happens in a window agreed with you.
- Destroying a server stops its billing at once. Nothing is charged for a server that no longer exists.
- Invoiced terms are available for larger accounts. Ask on the contact page.
