Terms of service

These terms govern your use of managed servers we provide. By ordering a server you agree to them and to the acceptable use policy.

The service

We provision, manage and support servers for you on infrastructure we source from third-party providers. The provider behind any given server is an implementation detail we may change without notice, without changing your price or your service.

Billing

Plans are billed monthly in advance. Upgrades are prorated. Invoiced accounts with agreed terms are billed on those terms.

Support and availability

We commit to the response times published on our support page. We do not currently offer a contractual uptime guarantee or service credits.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for what runs on your server and for keeping your credentials safe. The acceptable use policy applies in full.

Suspension and termination

To be drafted by counsel: grounds for suspension beyond the AUP, notice, data retention after termination.

Governing law

To be drafted by counsel: jurisdiction, which depends on the entity decision in README section 11.
